To sign up as a new member, you’ll need:
- A government issued photo ID
- A payment card
- Your WhatsApp number

Signing up
1. Fill out the form on the website with your name, email address and phone number.
2. You'll be asked to consent to treatment.
3. Select your pathway – either feminisation or masculinisation.
4. Choose if you want the high or low dose plan. High dose plans are ideal for those who want to fully transition, and low dose is great for our non-binary members. You can read more about these plans here.
5. We'll send you a payment link on WhatsApp to subscribe to Vivuna. Subscription is R$149.99 billed monthly for a minimum of 6 months.
6. You'll need to submit your government issued photo ID for verification. Your data will be stored and processed securely. Please see our privacy policy for more information.
7. Mevo will send you a purchase link on WhatsApp to buy your medication.
8. We'll send you a final WhatsApp link to finish creating your account.
