Cancelling your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription anytime.
Your cancellation will take effect before your next 6 month billing period. If you don't cancel before your next 6 month period, your subscription will continue for another 6 months.
To cancel, log into your member portal and navigate to Manage My Subscription.
Refunds
We do not issue refunds for subscriptions.
Subscriptions are not refundable as we deliver our services from the moment you pay.
