If your subscription seems to have cancelled itself, it's most likely because there was a failed payment for your latest subscription payment.

Resubscribing
1. Log into your portal account
2. Go to the billing section. Missed payments will show here.
3. Making these payments will reactivate your subscription and your care will continue as normal.
